Breakfast Dining Experience Experience fine dining each morning with our three course gourmet formal breakfast that has been internationally acclaimed for taste and presentation provided to all guests. The day begins at 7:30 am with coffee/tea, and a national newspaper, available for our "early risers". A full breakfast is served in the dining room at 9 am each morning. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room with exacting attention to freshness and tastes to delight your palette including fresh fruits (local when in season), fresh home baked delights, new and creative main courses each day, coffee, tea and juices to accent. The morning food presentation is the "Blueberry Gate" experience in itself and some would say the highlight of a single or multiple day stay over. The freshest, natural ingredients and produce are always used in the preparation of our breakfast fare and for special dietary needs or food allergies, our kitchen can accommodate guests as requested.
